Good afternoon all here are tonight’s sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Phil are doing 20 x 1 minute repeats. (22-25) which will be lead by Lucy are doing a 4,3,2 x 3 session. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat 3 x 50m strides, 8 x 1km at target 10km pace. (27-30) which will be lead by Angela are doing mile repeats. Good morning here are tonight’s sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Paul are doing a hills session in Hartburn. (22-25) which will be lead by Caroline & Lucy are doing mile repeats. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing an easy 2 miles, followed by 5 x 4 minute repeats at 5km pace on the cycle path. (27-30) which will be lead by Neil & Liz are doing a hills session at elm tree. 6 x 4 minute repeats with half recovery in between each rep. Thursday 1st February Training Sessions

Good morning all, Tonight there will the choice of 3 runs. A 1 mile run, a 3 mile run and a 5 mile run. All of these are social runs so please choose which one you’d like to go in. As we are having free tea and coffee afterwards, there will be a minimum pace guideline on the 3 and 5 mile run. The minimum pace required to join in with the 5 mile run will be 11.30 minute mile pace. The minimum pace required to join in with the 3 mile run will be 12.30 minute mile pace.
