just a heads up:
This Thursday Groups 1 and 2’s session will be taking place at the Tees Barrage , it will be a new session incorporating different types of intervals.
Sam will be leading it , if you could get to the Barrage for no later than 6.30pm please, meeting point will be the parkrun start . No money required ! The regular car park will be closed , so you can park either on the navigation way or just use the talpore’s car park ?
