If last week was quiet, this Saturday was a busy parkrun week for the Striders.
Two Striders joined the 50 club this week. Nigel Radcliffe collected it at Tees Barrage and Mike Cleasby joined by completing his first visit to Newcastle.
Plaudits also go to Tracy Bradburn, Dean Philips, Lisa Pattison and Jason Pattison all of whom set new personal bests at Tees Barrage.
Close to home there were 25 Striders at Tees Barrage, 11 at Albert park and two at Stewart park.
Paul Johnson travelled to London to do his first run at Highbury Fields however, tourist of the week goes to Viv Murphy for completing Castlehaven in sunny West Cork, Ireland.
