It was a quieter week on the parkrun front for Striders this week with so much happening he following day.
Seven Striders took to Albert park. It was a first appearance for Paul Johnson and he took the opportunity to set a quick time, whilst Lisa McGee grabbed herself a new PB.
The alternative route at Tees Barrage saw nine Striders running, and nearly as many volunteering, on a nice still day along the riverside. Mark Brown took advantage of the conditions to set himself a new PB.
Elsewhere, we had a runner at Stewart park, Hartlepool and Darlington where Mike Cleasby set a new PB.
