Between Stockton duathlon, Fountains 10k and VLM commitments, numbers of Striders at parkrun dropped a little this week but there were still a lot of PBs set.
Jill and Katie Abel travelled to Dalby forest – a first trip there for Katie and a new PB for Jill.
Emily Chaytor took a big chuck out her PB at Sedgefield and we also had two representatives at Albert park.
There were 18 Striders running at Tees Barrage plus some volunteers such as the timers and the tail runner. Lindsey Spires, Rachel Carr, Helen McIlvenny and David Holmes all made the best of the cool conditions to set new PBs.
