This week has seen Stockton Striders at seven different parkruns around the North.
Eight Striders took to Albert park where both Amy Lewis and Helen McIlvenny lowered their PBs and two more attended Stewart park.

Don Telford decided to have a first run out at Whitley Bay while Tara Oxley chose a debut at Redcar and Craig Robinson took on Dalby Forest for the first time.
There were 16 Striders running at Tees Barrage plus the run director and a number of other volunteers.
Rachel Carr, Julia Coleby, Adam Potter and Andy Johnson all used their recent training to good effect and set new PBs.
