The Strider parkrun performance of the day saw Lisa Molus grab first female home complete with a new PB at Strathclyde. Elsewhere PBs also for Fiona Shaw at Sedgefield, Amy Gallilee and Finlay Pennington at Stewart Park, Gavin Morley at Darlington and Matthew Clarkson at Croxteth.
As usual, plenty of Striders at Tees Barrage and Albert Park but also athletes at Havant and Cuerden Valley.
Not an official milestone but a 200th parkrun by David Horton is still well worth a mention.
