A quieter week on the parkrun front for Striders.
We had runners at Albert park, Stewart park, Tees Barrage and Northallerton.
Liz Simpson was the first lady home at Tees Barrage whilst Amy Lewis set a new PB at Albert park and Anna Carruthers did the same at Stewart park.
