Hi all With the Boro FA Cup tie on the TV the clubhouse may be busy before sessions tonight. I suspect it certainly will be after (kickoff is 7.55). Due to this we have postponed tonight’s planned tea night until next Tuesday 8th. Working on the basis the clubhouse will be filling up from 630 tonight could those attending tonight’s sessions please meet on the grassed area in front of the college. Could those on the door please meet on the grassed area too in the first instance. Thanks Andy J

Hi All, Don’t forget this Saturday is the first league race of the 2022 season at Albert Parkrun. It would be great if we could get a big turnout for our first one! A few things to remember, 1. Make sure you have your club as Stockton Striders on your Parkrun account. 2. Please try and wear club colours if you can 3. Definitely the most important… do not forget your barcode!!!! Early heads up for a planned parkrun this Saturday! As most of you will know our lovely running buddie Debbie Edwards continues to undergo cancer treatment. Never one to stop things preventing her doing what she loves Debbie is hoping to be walking Stewart’s parkrun this weekend - would be lovely to see some fellow striders there too 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🐾😊

**Cross Country Alert** For those not on FB As the cross county season draws to a close we head to Whitby for the last event, this being one of my favourites!! The event takes place on 6th March With this being the last event it’s the last chance for those who signed up, but haven’t taken part so far, to run a fixture this season. A big pull for the Whitby event is the chance to have fish and chips after (or veggie sausage and chips if you are a veggie like me). Myself and Gail Allison-Robinson have discussed the possibility of sorting a minibus for this event for those who are interested in running then heading for food after.
