Good morning here are tonight’s sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Sam are doing a ‘7,5,3,1,3’ session. (22-25) which will be lead by Liz are doing 100 + 200m repeats at ropner park. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing a cross country training sessions, Indian file relays included. (27-30 + 30-33) which will be lead by Gav are doing 5 x 5 hill repeats. Here are tonight’s sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Sam are doing a stair session. (22-25) which will be lead by David are doing long hill repeats.  (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing hill sprints. (27-30) which will be lead by Neil 1 mile easy 2 mile tempo and then another 1 mile easy. (30-33) which will be lead by Lynda are doing a tempo run. Good morning here are tonight’s sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Lucy are doing 6 x 5 minute hill repeats.  (22-25) which will be lead by Liz are doing 4,3,2,1 minutes x 3. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 4 miles out and back. 2 mile steady 2 mile fast.  (27-30) which will be lead by Gav are doing an interval based session.  (30-33) which will be lead by Suzanne are doing 5,3,1 minute intervals. (33+) which will be lead by Dave are doing loop course training with speed , hills and relays included. Thanks all ?

Here are tonight's sessions:   Sub 22 which will be led by Paul J, are doing 800 metre repeats.   22-25 which will be led by Lucy, are doing 400m repeats.   25-27 which will be led by Cat, are doing 2x2mile at goal 10k pace with 5min jog recoveries, 2x2mins 5k pace with 90s jogs recovery, 1 mile easy.   27-30 which will be led by Liz, are doing Fartlek.   30-33 which will be led by Zoe, are doing steps and loops at Ropner Park 3 x 5mins with 2.5 min recovery.   33+ which will be led by Suzanne, are doing 3x 500m repeats. Good morning all, Here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22 which will be led by Paul J, are doing 10k with 1 minute fast 1 minute slow. 22-25 which will be led by Caroline and Liz, are doing a Pyramid session 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 minuets with recovery. 25-27 which will be led by Cat, are doing 8x2mins (1min 10k pace, 1min 5k pace), 2 min jog recoveries. 27-30 which will be led by Angela, are doing 10 x 20s hill sprints at hill near bowling club Ropner. 1:30 recovery. (equates to walk down hill). 30-33 which will be led by Zoe, are doing 60 min run at 11 min miles pace. 33+ which will be led by Suzanne, are doing a social run. Happy running ?‍♀️?‍♂️

(30-33) which will be lead by Suzanne are doing a hill session in the park. NYSD Track + Field Report:   As it was the final athletics meeting of the season I tried to recruit my dear old friend Dave Fender for the event. It turned out to be a big mistake.   Dave currently resides in the 'Home for Bewildered ParkRunners With Unusual Injuries' on Yarm Lane - receiving the expert care he so desperately needs. When I visited and mentioned the athletics he started shaking his fist at me and ranting, "You youngsters with your Suzi Quatro LP's and your blockchain connected devices." Fortunately matron was on hand to calm him down by playing his favourite 'Glenn Miller and his Orchestra' medley.   So Dave wasn't at the Middlesbrough track on Tuesday - but club legend Sam Johnston was.
