Club News
We've been asked to share ….. The Great North CityGames will be hosted, for the very first time, in the Tees Valley, right here in Stockton, on Saturday 7th September. Stockton High Street will be transformed to welcome world class athletes, including our very own Teesside Tornado Richard Kilty, to compete in a top class live athletics event. The event will be broadcast live on BBC1. On the very same day we will also be hosting the Great Tees 10k, Junior and Mini runs. Club News
The morning after the day before ….. message from Tom Day Cleveland Way Relay Team Manager …. Now I've had some sleep I can write something that makes sense. I'd like to say that it was a great day I enjoyed watching a lot of runners finish and start, and seeing people do something that was slightly out of their comfort zone and really enjoy it. Thanks to Michael Burke for all the reccie runs and help organising as well. And here's to next year. Hopefully we can get at least a couple of teams out . (And yes I'm happy to help organise again) However I am knocking at least 5 mins off every reccie time you give me ….. And one more thing. For those people who didn't…

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s  Cleveland Way Relays we have two more relay events this summer (within 3 days of each other!). One is the NYMAC relays - 1 mile lap of Stewart’s Park - on Thursday 29 August (open to both affiliated & non affiliated members) & the other is the Rearranged Royal Signal Road Relays (2.2 miles) in Hetton Le Hole on Saturday 31 August (you must be affiliated & it’s an event where official striders vests need to be worn ).  As this event is usually held in February I’m hopeful that at least in August we won’t have the sleet & wind of recent years 😂😂 To keep track of who wants to do what can you please comment below on which events you would…
