Morning Striders, here are tonight's sessions:  Sub 22, led by Sam are doing a stair session.     22-25, led by Liz are doing a pyramid session.     25-27, led by Cat are doing 4 x 1000m intervals (400m rest intervals).     27-30, led by David H are doing Indian file 5k.     30-33, led by Angela are doing a tempo run - 1mile warm up. 1m 10k pace. 1m 5k pace. 1m cool down. 33+, led by Tom are doing Indian File. The door will be covered by Tom and Anne D. There will be no official Striders sessions on Thursday due to the majority of coaches taking part in the NYMAC relays. Morning Striders, here are tonight's sessions:  Sub 22, led by Paul are doing 10k tempo run, easy first 5k, min 7.15 pace second 5k. 22-25, led by Caroline are doing meet and retreat.     25-27, led by Suzanne are doing 2 x 1600m (400m rest) 1 x 800m.     27-30, led by David H are doing Mile repeats x 3.     30-33, led by Helen are doing 3x5 minuets intervals with 3-5 minuets jog recovery. 33+, led by Tom are doing 8, 6, 4, 2 minuets half recovery. Thursday 16 May training sessions

Morning Striders, Tonight is our all-inclusive trail run It’s approx 3.5 miles meeting outside the Blue Bell in Yarm at 6:30pm, running through to Sunningdale then along the Teesdale Way back to Yarm. Followed by a social drink in the Blue Bell for anyone who wants to join us. It was dry last week so road shoes should be fine. Everyone welcome. Please do not park in the Blue Ball carpark as you may be fined. Parking is available on Butts Lane just before Yarm, Yarm High Street, Aislaby Road, or for those who know where I live your welcome to park near mine and jog down (approx 1 mile). All-inclusive trail run

On Thursday (16 May) we will be doing an all-inclusive trail run.  It’s approx 3.5 miles (could be made longer if everyone agreed) meeting outside the Blue Bell in Yarm at 6:30pm, running through to Sunningdale then along the Teesdale Way back to Yarm.
