❗️Tomorrow night is our first Naked Run of the year! This will be held at Tees Barrage meaning there are no sessions on from the club tomorrow❗️ For those of you that haven’t done a Naked Run before, this is where you run a particular course without a phone or watch to track your pace and record your time. You will submit a predicted time prior to the run and once everyone has finished, the runner who finishes closest to their predicted time will be awarded a prize.
