Message to From Tom Day Just to clarify these are the Cleveland STAY relays - the places in the legs are just there for purely for information. What we are asking you to do is to run the distance of the leg locally and not on the Cleveland Way as there will be no one else about etc and the risks are high. In terms of elevation - if you can add an little elevation when staying local then go for it, but that is just a small element The main idea is to have a bit of fun running the same distance overall but locally.
