Good morning here are tonight’s sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Paul are doing a hills session.  (This is a new session)  (22-25) which will be lead by Caroline are doing decreasing intervals. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing a tempo run.  (27-30) which will be lead by Gav are doing a 10km run.  (30-33) which will be lead by Helen are doing a 4 mile run.  (33+) which will be lead by Suzanne are doing a long hill session. Important Info for this coming Thursday.

just a heads up: This Thursday Groups 1 and 2’s session will be taking place at the Tees Barrage , it will be a new session incorporating different types of intervals. Sam will be leading it , if you could get to the Barrage for no later than 6.30pm please, meeting point will be the parkrun start . No money required ! The regular car park will be closed , so you can park either on the navigation way or just use the talpore’s car park 🙂 Thanks all

(25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing a cross country training sessions, Indian file relays included. (27-30 + 30-33) which will be lead by Gav are doing 5 x 5 hill repeats. (27-30) which will be lead by Neil 1 mile easy 2 mile tempo and then another 1 mile easy. (30-33) which will be lead by Lynda are doing a tempo run. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 4 miles out and back. 2 mile steady 2 mile fast.  (27-30) which will be lead by Gav are doing an interval based session.  (30-33) which will be lead by Suzanne are doing 5,3,1 minute intervals. Here are tonight's sessions:   Sub 22 which will be led by Paul J, are doing 800 metre repeats.   22-25 which will be led by Lucy, are doing 400m repeats.   25-27 which will be led by Cat, are doing 2x2mile at goal 10k pace with 5min jog recoveries, 2x2mins 5k pace with 90s jogs recovery, 1 mile easy.   27-30 which will be led by Liz, are doing Fartlek.   30-33 which will be led by Zoe, are doing steps and loops at Ropner Park 3 x 5mins with 2.5 min recovery.   33+ which will be led by Suzanne, are doing 3x 500m repeats. Good morning all, Here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22 which will be led by Paul J, are doing 10k with 1 minute fast 1 minute slow. 22-25 which will be led by Caroline and Liz, are doing a Pyramid session 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 minuets with recovery. 25-27 which will be led by Cat, are doing 8x2mins (1min 10k pace, 1min 5k pace), 2 min jog recoveries. 27-30 which will be led by Angela, are doing 10 x 20s hill sprints at hill near bowling club Ropner. 1:30 recovery. (equates to walk down hill). 30-33 which will be led by Zoe, are doing 60 min run at 11 min miles pace. 33+ which will be led by Suzanne, are doing a social run. Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

(30-33) which will be lead by Suzanne are doing a hill session in the park.
