Sessions at the club tonight are as follows: Sub 22: (Paul J) 10K with 20 x 1 minute fast, 1 min slow 22-25: (Liz) steps session in Ropner Park 25-27: (Cat) 5 mile tempo run (possible option for 3 mile route) 27-30: (Caroline) mile repeats 30-33: (Fiona) 4 mile trail run. Bring long trousers as 1 trail is overgrown! 33+: (Ian): 40-45 min social run at 5k pace Progression Group: (Helen) hills Plenty of choice so see you all then.

Good morning, Here are tonight's sessions: (Sub 22) which will be led by Paul are doing a speed session. (22-25) which will be led by Caroline are doing 800m repeats. (25-27) will be doing a 6 mile tempo run with Cat. (27-30) led by Angela, will be doing a hills session. (30-33) which will be led by Lucy, will be doing a pyramid session. (33+) will be doing drills and hills with Helen. It's forecast to be 20 degrees and sunny at 6pm/7pm so would recommend bringing water!

Tuesday 15th August Training Sessions

Good morning all, As you're aware there are no sessions on from the club tonight . Instead if everyone can meet at ropner park bandstand for 6.20pm please. As well as the couch to parkrun group completing their programme tonight, there will be a few all inclusive sessions for other members to take part in. One will be lead by Cat and that will be a 4x1200m repeats session with recovery in between. The other will be a 5 x 5 minute stair interval session lead by Fiona. Once the sessions have finished if you're able to stay it would be nice of you to walk over to the finish line and cheer in the couch to parkrun runnersπŸ˜ƒ. No fees are required tonight! Thursday 10th August Training Sessions

Tonight's sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Sam are doing an interval session. (22-25) which will be lead by Lucy are doing a 7.5 mile run at 8.30-9 minute mile pace, please be able to run at the pace for this distance if you join in, loopbacks will be used if people are running a little bit faster. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 800 and 1600m repeats. (27-30 + 30-33) which will be lead by Fiona are doing a looped hills session pace no slower than 11 minute miles, loopbacks enforced if necessary. (33+) which will be lead by Helen are doing half mile and full mile repeats on the track, session can be adjusted to accommodate different paces. πŸƒ

(25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing an off road hills session just off birkdale road. (33+) which will be lead by Ian are doing sprint repeats on the track. (The beginners will also be taking part in this session) The 27-30 + 30-33 groups are being lead by Fiona, the session is at Wynyard Woodland Park (Castle Eden Walkway). The postcode is TS21 3JG.
