Morning Striders, here are tonight’s sessions:

Sub 22, led by Sam are doing 1km repeats.  

22-25, led by Liz are doing mile repeats.  

25-27, led by Cat are doing Hills: short hills. Drills. 2 x 8 mins recovering downhill & flat. Technique not speed.  

27-30, led by Suzanne are doing Intervals: 321 (3 min hard 3 jog recovery, 2 mins hard 2 jog recovery, 1 mins hard 1 jog recovery).  

30-33, led by Fiona are doing a social run.  

33+, led by Angela are doing 30 seconds hard, 1:30 recovery x 10.
