Morning Striders! Here are tonight’s sessions:

Sub 22, led by Sam and Tom are doing hills.

22-25, led by Liz are doing a pyramid session.  

25-27, led by Cat are doing Tempo: 1 mile warm, 3 mile tempo, 1 mile cool down.

27-30, led by Helen are doing Intervals: 6 x 2 mins efforts (2 mins jog recovery) 2 min rest repeat.  

30-33, led by Suzanne are doing 3x 8,4,2min intervals.  

33+, led by Zoe are doing a progression run.
