Morning Striders, here are tonight’s sessions:

Sub 22, led by Tom are doing hills.  

22-25, led by David H are doing Intervals: 1 min fast 1 min slow.

25-27, led by  are doing Tempo: 1 mile easy, 20mins tempo, 1 mile easy.

27-30, led by Gavin are doing 1200m repeats x 4. 2 mins recovery.  

30-33, led by Caroline are doing a pyramids session.

33+, led by Lucy are doing mile repeats.
