Morning everyone, here are tonight’s sessions:

Sub 22, led by Paul J are doing 10k tempo run – lowering to sub 7.15 pace per mile.

22-25, led by Caroline are doing hills.

25-27, led by Cat are doing Intervals: 8x2mins(1min 10k pace, 1min 5k pace).

27-30, led by Neil are doing hill session: 6 x 4 mins at half pipe 1:30 recovery.  

30-33, led by Zoe are doing Mile repeats (x3).  

33+, led by Suzanne are doing hills session.
