It’s getting closer to the point when we need to submit our entries for the Royal Signals Relay, which despite being marketed as a road relay is actually 2 laps of a very beautiful country park in Houghton Le Spring. 2.2 miles for each runner. If you are UK athletics affiliated, own or can borrow an official striders vest and are free on Saturday 16th February, please consider taking part. Plan will be to head off from the club mid-morning, car share and we’ll likely to be back at club mid-late afternoon.
