Morning Striders, here are tonight’s training sessions:
Sub 22 which will be led by Tom, are doing hills.
22-25 which will be led by Lucy, are doing pyramid session.
25-27 which will be led by Cat, are doing Intervals: 4×1 mile repeats getting faster.
27-30 which will be led by Angela, are doing hills.
30-33 which will be led by Gavin, are doing 30s sprit repeats.
33+ which will be led by Suzanne, are doing a social run.
