Good morning. Sessions at the club tonight are as follows:

  • Sub 22: (Paul J) 10K with 20 x 1 minute fast, 1 min slow
  • 22-25: (Liz) steps session in Ropner Park
  • 25-27: (Cat) 5 mile tempo run (possible option for 3 mile route)
  • 27-30: (Caroline) mile repeats
  • 30-33: (Fiona) 4 mile trail run. Bring long trousers as 1 trail is overgrown!
  • 33+: (Ian): 40-45 min social run at 5k pace
  • Progression Group: (Helen) hills

Plenty of choice so see you all then.
