An unusually warm and still morning on the Tees welcomed the Striders who lined up for the most recent club league event.
16 Striders looked to better their points total. To that end, Lindsey Spires achieved another PB. The top female, using the age graded scoring system, was Helen McIlvenny and the top male – and 3rd overall – was Paul Johnson. Meanwhile, Amelia Whitehouse joined the 1 club.
Elsewhere, two Striders attended Stewart park and there were another four at Albert park where Janice Long and Paul Stephenson made to best of the conditions to set new PBs.
The tourism award goes to Jeanette and Paul Appleton for their trip to Boston (no, not that one, the one in Lincolnshire)
