Striders attended three different parkruns this week – Albert park, Tees Barrage and Sedgefield.
Helen McIlvenny and Stephen Boddy both whipped around in new PBs at Albert park.
13 Striders ran at Tees Barrage and there were a hand full of volunteers helping it all run smoothly. On a still and muggy morning along the riverside, Micheal Burke joined the 1 club in doing so becoming the 75th different Strider to run Tees Barrage and Gail Robinson took advantage of the conditions to set a new PB.
