A choice of 2 sessions tonight, both all inclusive and suitable for all paces:

One will be a track session, 10,8,6,4,2 and 1 minute intervals with recovery in between each set lead by Caroline.

The other one will be a hill session lead by Liz.

Couch to parkrun will also be on tonight and that will be lead by Helen and Mary.

Thanks all, if you’re heading to Middlesbrough tonight for the track and field please remember to wear club colours, ideally your vest and try to arrive at least 30 minutes before the events you want to take part in start.
