We have 3 sessions on offer tonight,
The 25-27 group will be doing a strength session with Cat.
There will be a speed session on the track, 16 x 200m alternating between 5 and 10km pace with recovery in between each one. This is suitable for all abilities – how fast you run/recovery time all depends on your own individual times.
The final session on offer will be an interval session on the cycle path, again suitable for all abilities.
