Morning all here are tonight’s sessions:

(Sub 22 + 22-25 + 27-30) which will be lead by Liz are doing a track session. 10,8,6,4,2 and 1 minute repeats. Suitable for all abilities so if you’re not in one of the 3 groups listed above then don’t worry… you can still join in!

(25-27) which will be lead by Cat + Angela are doing a 4-5 mile tempo run.

(30-33 + 33+) which will be lead by Heather are doing an interval session which will include some drill + technique work. Again, suitable for all abilities so if you don’t usually run in either of them groups but want to join in, you can!
