There are 2 sessions to choose from tonight,

The first one will be lead by Fiona and it will be a mass track session which is suitable for all abilities. (This is a session we haven’t done before – Fiona will explain it in detail this evening)

The second one will be lead by Steve who is doing a 5 mile social run. The pace for this social run will be 9.30-10 minute mile pace. If you want to take part in this session it’s important you stick to that pace and don’t go faster/slower than it.
