Don’t forget it’s the club time trial tonight at ropner park – no money required. There are no sessions on at the club this evening. If everyone could get to the bandstand for 6.30pm please. Results will be posted in this group and on the website shortly after.
A reminder that I will be at the club at 6.05pm this evening and a couple of us are running down to the park beforehand and then running back afterwards. The pace of this will be 9-9.30 minute miles, and we’ll be setting off from the club at 6.10pm(ish!)
