Here are tonight’s sessions:

(Sub 22) which will be lead by Phil are doing 3 minute intervals with 90 seconds recovery in between each one. The route for this session is from the club to Billingham Beck Country Park and back.

(22-25 + 27-30 + 30-33) which will be lead by Sam + Lucy are doing an interval session on the track. The intervals will be 10,8,6,4,2 and 1 minute repeats with 50% recovery time in between each repeat.

(If you’re usually in group 4 or 5 at the club please don’t be put off by running with group 2, this is an all inclusive session suitable for all paces)

(25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing a hills session in newham grange park.

(33+) which will be lead by Ian are doing a circuit session.

Don’t forget, it’s free tea tonight after the sessions. As always, biscuit donations are welcome! ?
