Evening all. the Cross Country season will soon be starting again. We have been asked for anyone who is intending to take part to register. All competitors must be UKAA affiliated. I will need your name as it is shown on your affiliation card, URN number and date of birth. We have been asked to only register athletes who intend to take part in at least one Cross country competition as last year a lot of people registered and did not then take part. There will be some numbers available during the season for anyone who has not pre registered. Cross country is great fun and great strength training open to all levels of runners. We will be putting a list at club or you can message me here or via FB. Registration closes 1st September. Dates of events are:

06th Oct 2019 Acorn Centre
10th Nov 2019 Whitby
24th Nov2019 Fox Rush Farm
08th Dec 2019 Summerhill (tbc)
19th Jan 2020 Ormesby Hall
16th Feb 2020 Richmond
22nd March 2020 Darlington Relays

Hi, sounds good. Do I need any special equipment (eg spikes?) or are trail shoes okay? Also, what are the distances like? Cheers.
